Customer Warranty Service Representative

Congratulations and welcome to your new Previn Court Home. We have included a Homeowner’s Manual that is filled with pertinent information to guide you through your after sales care of your home plus warranty and service. www.tarion.com

The most effective way to receive after sales services is to contact our Warranty Service Department directly in writing by emailing serviceadmin@previncourt.com or fax (705) 250-3801. You can also phone (705) 435-5687 with immediate concerns.

Your Warranty Service Office is pleased to assist you with all your warranty concerns during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. However, some problems that can arise outside of these hours will be considered “emergencies” and may require more immediate assistance. Please call our After Hours Emergency Support Line if you experience any of the following outside of business hours:

  • Complete loss of heat during winter months
  • Complete loss of electricity
  • Complete loss of water or sewer blockage
  • Water penetration into the home
  • Plumbing Leaks
  • Safety hazard related to major grading issue

Any item not mentioned above is not considered an emergency. 24 hours is given to address or resolve emergency situations, to ensure that the situation has been made safe and secure and to prevent any further damage from occurring.

IMPORTANT: For fire, gas leaks, and carbon monoxide leaks contact your local Fire Department or 911.

During these times, messages will be checked periodically. Our intention will be to have the original contractor correct the problem. If this cannot be arranged, we will help you manage the situation until we can address it during the next business day.

The builder has 24 hours to address or resolve the emergency situation, to ensure that the situation has been made safe and secure and to prevent any further damage from occurring. Full repair of the defect in accordance with the builder’s warranty obligations may take longer to complete once the initial emergency has been dealt with.

Our Warranty Service Office will be happy to serve you during regular business hours from Mondays to Fridays.
